Finals time for Tigers teams

Five teams will represent Rochester Football Netball Club in the Goulburn Valley Football League finals series, starting on Saturday.

Both the Tigers senior football teams will contest elimination finals, while the three netball teams also face knockout games.

The three venues for the opening weekend of the finals (September 3-4) are Seymour and Tatura on Saturday, with Echuca on Sunday.

Rochester’s senior football team will play its elimination final against Mooroopna at Echuca on Sunday.

The reserves will also be at Victoria Park, against Echuca.

A third team will be close to home, at Echuca, with the B-grade netball team due to play its elimination final against Shepparton United.

Both the Tigers under-age netball teams, 17 & Under and 15 & Under, will contest elimination finals on Saturday, most likely at Tatura.

Saturday at Seymour

Qualifying final: Echuca v Mansfield. Reserves Elimination final: Seymour v Mansfield. Under-18 Elimination final: Echuca v Shepp United. Under-16 Qualifying final: Echuca v Shepparton.

Elimination final, A-grade netball: Echuca v Euroa. Qualifying final, B-grade: Seymour v Echuca. Qualifying final, B-Reserve: Seymour v Echuca. 17 & Under Qualifying final: Shepparton v Echuca. 15 & Under Elimination final: Shepparton v Seymour.

Saturday at Tatura

Elimination final: Euroa v Kyabram. Reserves Qualifying final: Kyabram v Euroa. Under-18 Qualifying final: Shepp Swans v Shepparton. Under-16 Elimination final: Euroa v Kyabram.

Elimination final, A-grade netball: Shepp United v Shepparton. B-grade: Mooroopna v Kyabram. Elimination final B-Reserve: Swans v Kyabam. Eliminiation final, 17 & Under: Swans v Rochester. Elimination final, 15 & Under: Rochester v Mooroopna.

Sunday at Echuca

Elimination finals: Rochester v Mooroopna. Reserves: Echuca v Rochester. Under-18: Mansfield v Kyabram. Under-16: Swans v Mooroopna.
