Falcon Hasbeens, although losing the teams game, still managed to win their match 6-5 against the struggling P*ssheads.
In the final match Projectile Dysfunction had to win the teams match to beat Double Trouble in a nail-biting 6-5 result.
Tonny Terrors caused the big upset in division two by beating Passouts with a resounding 8-3 win.
The Pastoral Pirates got shipwrecked by the unbeaten Pastoral Warriors, going down 7-4. Ocheholics had the bye.
Individual highlights
The standout player this week was Michael Cassar. He topped the ton list along with Michael Bajowski, both throwing 10 tons.
Cassar also had the highest average with 26.72 and the shortest game with 16 darts.
The highest peg of 104 went to Dylan Oaff. Dylan also threw a 180, as did Max Crilly, while Andrew Beaumont managed to hit two 180s.
The honours in division two were shared around. Sammi McVickers threw a magnificent 117 out shot, and also threw the shortest game with 21 darts.
Shane Valentine had the highest average of 16.6 and Neil Templar threw the most tons with nine, closely followed by Warren Read with eight.
State team selection trials
Stage two of the State Team Selection Tryouts is being played on the weekend of May 4 and 5.
Local hopefuls who have made it to this stage include Jodie Oakley, Michael Bajowski and Dylan Oaff.
Jo Hadley and Michael Cassar skip this stage as they are automatic selection into the state team as they were both representatives for Australia last year in Denmark.
