The men went out strong from the get-go. Amazing defence from the Cougars set a hard game for Wang to cross their line.
Corowa forwards did their job moving forward making a lot of meters, this set the platform for their handy backs to get the job done and get over the line.
Impressive sets with great ball movement all game resulted in a great win over a very humble club who unfortunately have been hit with many injuries.

The ladies had a slow start to the first half following a few weeks of undisciplined play. The wet conditions made for scrappy play resulting in a lot of incomplete sets.
Skye used her flair is attack and went through for the first try, followed by a successful conversion. This bought back the determination that was lacking.
After half time, thye went back into the game with a focus on go forward in attack, having each other’s back in defence and showing resilience in all aspects.
All the girls pulled together for a much better second half after putting into play what was spoken about.
Skye went over for her second try for the game, followed by a run-away try from speedy Sophie.
Corowa finished off with Katelyn making a break and going in for the final try of the game.
3 out of 4 conversions from Skye resulted in a 22-10 win over knights.
