Following the resounding success of the 2024 Reach Beyond exhibition, Federation Council is thrilled to announce the return of its popular seniors’ community art exhibition, Time To Shine, at the Corowa Art Space until April 27.

This vibrant showcase celebrates the talent and creativity of regional artists aged 55 and over.
Time To Shine aligns with the spirit of the NSW Seniors Festival, which recognises and honours the invaluable contributions of older adults to our communities.
The exhibition features an impressive collection of 50 artworks from 23 regional artists, offering a diverse range of artistic mediums including metal sculptures, textiles, oils, watercolours and mosaics.
Visitors will find a wealth of unique and inspiring pieces, perfect for gifts or home decor, while also supporting local talent.

Federation Mayor, Cheryl Cook, expressed her enthusiasm for the exhibition and the artists involved.
"We are incredibly proud to host Time To Shine at the Corowa Art Space," Cr Cook said.
"This exhibition is a testament to the remarkable talent and passion of our senior artists.
“Their work is truly inspiring, and we are delighted to provide a platform for them to showcase their creativity.
“The diversity of mediums on display ensures there is something to captivate every visitor."
Cr Cook also highlighted the importance of celebrating the contributions of older adults in the Federation community.
"The NSW Seniors Festival and exhibitions like Time To Shine remind us that age is just a number,” she said.
“Senior artists continue to enrich our community with their unique perspectives and artistic expressions, and we encourage everyone to come and experience this wonderful exhibition and support local talent.”

The exhibition is open to the public from Wednesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm and Saturday to Sunday, 10am to 2pm until April 27.
