On Thursday, March 20, more than 70 members of Rochester and surrounds travelled to The Timbercutter in Mathoura.

The day was organised by the Rochester Probus Club as part of a Wellness Project they received funding for through the Campaspe Shire Council’s Community Flood Recovery and Resilience Grants.

The aim of the project was to bring together people in a fun and relaxed environment, encouraging them to connect with other community members.
Attendees enjoyed a two-course meal along the junction of the Murray and Edward Rivers, followed by musical entertainment provided by Peter Gibson and Graeme Watson, and jokes from Russ Major.
