“It takes a great team to build a quality home and have the reputation and longevity we are honoured to have.
“The award was measured by architectural design and quality of construction and both areas were a real stand out for the judges.”
Hadar Homes has been able to develop and work with a team of tradespeople and contractors over the years that are second to none.
“We employ our own carpenters, and many have been employees from apprentices or are long-term employees with years of experience and trained to meet our high standards of quality,” Mr Leeworthy added.
“With most of our sub-contractors having been with Hadar Homes for an extensive period, we know that all our homes will impress when it comes to our quality of construction.”
The home is now a finalist in the 2025 HIA-CSR Australian Housing Wards which will be held on May 17 in Melbourne.
