The event was a culmination of hard work, dedication, and countless memories for the students, who were joined by their families, friends, and school staff.
Year Advisor Michele Stewart took the opportunity to extend her congratulations to the graduating cohort, acknowledging the significant journey they had undertaken during their time at Corowa High School.
“Your experiences in high school will have equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and ability to navigate this world,” she said.
“So, use the lessons learned during these six years to create a future that you are proud of, one where you continue to learn, grow, adapt, and make a positive impact.
“Congratulations Year 12 on these six incredible years. The days, hours, and minutes you’ve invested have brought you to this moment of celebration. The future is yours to shape, and I have every confidence that you will do so with purpose, and a commitment to making every moment count.”
Principal Dr Joanne Bellette also expressed great pride in the graduating class, celebrating not only the successful completion of the HSC examinations but also acknowledging the broader 13-year educational journey each student had experienced.
“It is with great pride that we celebrated the end of the HSC examinations and of 13 years of education with our Year 12 students last week,” Dr Bellette said.
“They are outstanding ambassadors for our school and community, and I look forward to watching them grow and flourish in their chosen career pathways.”
