Awards will be presented at the Australia Day Ceremony on Friday, January 26.
All residents within the Coleambally area of the Murrumbidgee Council Local Government Area are eligible.
Forms can be collected from the Coleambally Council office in Brolga Place, or online via the Murrumbidgee Council’s website.
Closing date for nominations is 5pm on January 5.
Categories are:
• Citizen of the Year
• Young Citizen of the Year (21 years and under as at December 31, 2023)
• Senior Sportsperson of the Year (17 years and over on December 31, 2023)
• Junior Sportsperson of the Year (13-16 years on December 31, 2023)
• Sub-junior Sportsperson of the Year (12 years and under on December 31, 2023)
• Sporting Team of the Year
• Event of the Year
• Cultural Award of the Year
• Environmental Citizen of the Year
