Campaspe electoral office manager Kate O’Connor declared the result on Wednesday, November 13 at 9.30am.
A recount was undertaken over Monday, November 11 and Tuesday, November 12, with the nine initially successful candidates remaining the same.

Councillors will represent the entire shire during their terms due to the unsubdivided ward structure change.

Mr Mackrell and Mr Sharrock were in attendance for the declaration, along with Campaspe Shire Council and VEC staff.
