Australian Unity is hosting an open day for seniors in Corowa to celebrate the official opening of its relocated office at 96 Sanger Street.

They’re inviting local seniors to come and get to know the new premises and team on Thursday, 4 July, at 10am. You’ll enjoy a complimentary morning tea and learn about services that can support you to live well at home. Team members will be available to answer questions about Australian Unity’s services, or even assist you to register with My Aged Care.
Australian Unity is a leading provider of health and home care services in Australia. Offering holistic support for customers to achieve their health and wellbeing goals, its services include everything from domestic assistance to social support, meals and grocery shopping, through to allied healthcare services and nursing.

The team has grown substantially over time and now includes six office-based team members, three care teams, visiting nurses and allied healthcare staff. These staff members work together to support local customers in living healthy, safe and contented lives at home.
Most Australian Unity customers pay for their services via government funding. The company is an approved provider of the Australian Government’s Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Home Care Package Program.
Melissa Colwell, General Manager of Service Delivery at Australian Unity encouraged seniors to attend the open day.
“Our open day on Thursday, July 4, is a great opportunity for seniors in Corowa to meet our staff, learn about our services and connect with other people in our community,” Ms Colwell said.
“We know how important it is for so many to be able to live an independent life at home, and our team at Corowa support people to do just that. We are looking forward to meeting attendees and hope as many people as possible can make it on the day.”
