The morning will be run in conjunction with the local Australia Day Committee, holding the flag-raising ceremony in Lions Park, after the Lions Breakfast at about 8:30am.
The committee will also announce Rochester’s senior and junior citizens of the year, with Rochester Ward Cr Paul Jarman assisting with presentations.
Rochester Australia Day ambassador Karen Livingstone will be a guest speaker at the event.

After the death of her mother, she co-founded Ovarian Cancer Australia in 2001 to be a national voice for ovarian cancer patients.
Entertainment for the morning will be proved by Brian Crockett’s band.
There will be compulsory check-in on the day with either QR code or on paper.
Breakfast will be served from 7.30am at no charge.
Rochester Lions Club extends a welcome to all in the community to join in the festivities.
