Christmas Colada
Ingredients
60ml Echuca Distillery’s Christmas Pudding Gin Liqueur
30ml Bumbu Rum
25ml fresh lemon juice
25ml coconut and pineapple syrup
30ml fresh pineapple juice
Method
Vigorously shake all ingredients with ice for 10-15 seconds, then strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a slice of dehydrated orange, lightly caramelised, for a festive touch.
